Most of us will have had a relationship in our lives which has turned sour… It’s unfortunate but it’s a part of life.  Business relationships are no different.

A breakdown in a business relationship can have drastic implications on our businesses, not only in terms of stress but also in reputation and financial losses.   So clearly this is something we should all aim to avoid.
