Athena Lunch at The Crown

We run focused, yet relaxed, networking lunches for local business women in the Esher area for both Athena members & visitors.

We meet every month at our highly popular lunches that include open networking, guest speakers, business training and the opportunity to promote your own business - whether well-established or starting out.

This month's guest speaker is Kerrie Jenkins of Atek Accounting Solutions Ltd. 

A fully qualified accountant with a wealth of experience in start-ups and small companies. Having also worked with public listed companies, Kerries commercial awareness helps businesses to see the bigger picture, whilst keeping in touch with tight cash restrictions often suffered by small enterprises.

Kerrie's talk will be entitled: "The cash and wine relationship"

It is easy to get cash confused with profit, this bitesize overview will help to demonstrate some of the differences. Plus a brief overview of the on-line accounting solution -- Xero

What will our attendees be able to learn

Help with cash management and forecasting, whilst also using specialised tools to make the day to day book-keeping a little easier.
