In AUTUMN the clocks 'Fall' back (and In SPRING they 'spring' forward) and today 2 am becomes 1 am.
There’ll be less daylight in the evenings and more in the mornings, and we'll be on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
So, will you spring out of bed an hour 'earlier' than usual? Or get up at your normal time and enjoy the extra Sunday morning lie in... because you're worth it?!
