Now that your profile is live, it would be great if you could take a moment to post your photo in place of the 'anonymous silhouette' provided by the software within 48 hours please!
Sorry to hear it's not working for you - sometimes it can be a browser or file size issue, but anyhow here's my standard guide from our Help and How To.. section
Log into the site and go to your My Page profile and hover the mouse over the photo (silhouette)
Click on Change Photo
You get to the My Settings page
Click Choose File next to the photo box
You get the Open File window on your computer
Navigate to the photo on your machine and click on it
Click Open, and the file path appears in the photo box (next to the Choose File button)
Then - and this is what I often forget to do - you go to the bottom of the page and click the blue Save button
Congratulations - you're done!
If you have any problems at all, please let me know and I'll be able to help... if nothing else works, create a temporary password (eg keith123) by going to Settings (below your Inbox, top right) then email the password to keith@networkinginsurrey and attach your photo so I can try posting it for you (this has always worked so far..!)
