I believe in reducing the stresses & strains of life, both at work and at home. In both cases, it's about discovering easier ways for you. At More to... I work with individuals, run small workshops making tips & tools available to all, & run mountain retreats in the Brecon Beacons for those wanting to get away from it all to a peaceful & inspiring environment. The setting is informal, the learning natural and we add a good bit of cake too. In the corporate world I do the same thing with Beacons, providing down to earth, practical leadership, team and individual development - at your location, or some place away from it all. As you may gather, part of what helps me give my best is being outside, & you'll find me up a mountain, or using a mountain metaphor rather often.
