    You've made a good start by putting your photo on your page. This means people will recognise you when you meet them at events and you become more 'real' in the online world.

    NiS is about getting you out there in Networkland meeting new contacts and building your own network and your Personal Brand.  Use the site to find events where you can meet other local businesses, and keep in touch with them by making them Friends on the site (if they're not Members already, invite them to join - it's free!) Then you can just look at your Friends page on NiS and see their cheery mugshots and make sure you stay in touch.

    There are several alternative therapists in our community - just type therapist or therapy into the Search box (top right) - you'll get slightly different results for each.  Then invite them to be a friend on NiS and if they accept, stay in touch and arrange to meet them for a one-to-one over a coffee or at a networking event sometime.

    There's a lot you can do with the site... enjoy!
