    Hi Naziana

Thanks for joining us, and welcome to the Networking in Surrey community. I hope you find the site useful for planning your networking.

Now that your profile is live, it would be great if you could take a moment to post your photo in place of the 'anonymous silhouette' provided by the software within 48 hours please!

    Best regards

    Hi Naziana

Sorry to hear you're having problems uploading your photo. Our software can be a bit flakey at times!

Just in case it helps, here's a step-by-step guide to follow:

    1. Go to your My Page profile and hover the mouse over the photo (silhouette)
    2. Click on Change Photo
    3. You get to the My Settings page
    4. Click Choose Filenext to the photo box
    5. You get the Open File window on your computer
    6. Navigate to the photo on your machine and click on it
    7. Click Open, and the file path appears in the photo box (next to the Choose File button)
    8. Then - and this is what I often forget to do - you go to the bottom of the page and click the blue Save button

If you are doing all of this without success, it may be that the software is having a problem with how you photo is formatted. If so, I suggest you send it to me attached to an email to keith@networkinginsurrey.co.uk I will play around with it and hopefully send it back ready to use.

I can't post it to your profile myself for security reasons... but the last resort would be for you to create a temporary password to let me into your profile and I will try to upload it at my end.

We will get there in the end!
