    Hi Jocelyn

Thanks for joining us, and welcome to the Networking in Surrey community. I hope you find the site useful for planning your networking.

Now that your profile is live, it would be great if you could take a moment to post your photo in place of the 'anonymous silhouette' provided by the software within 48 hours please!

    Best regards

    K

    Hi Jocelyn

Sorry to hear you're having difficulty with your photo upload... This does occasionally happen - possibly a browser issue - but we'll overcome it!

First let's just check you're going through the whole process, as follows

    1. Go to your My Page profile and hover the mouse over the photo (silhouette)
    2. Click on Change Photo
    3. You get to the My Settings page
    4. Click Choose File next to the photo box
    5. You get the Open File window on your computer
    6. Navigate to the photo on your machine and click on it
    7. Click Open, and the file path appears in the photo box (next to the Choose File button)
    8. Then - and this is what I often forget to do - you go to the bottom of the page and click the blue Save button

If that little lot doesn't work, then the best bet is to create a temporary password (like keith123) by going to Settings (below your Inbox, top right).

Then attach your photo to an email to keith@networkinginsurrey.co.uk telling me the password and I'll have a go at uploading it to your Profile.

    Thanks for persisting!

    K
