    Hi Sarah

    Sorry to hear you're having difficulty in uploading your photo... It does happen occasionally as you've seen from other comments, but fortunately most people are able to upload successfully.  

    The easiest solution is for you to create a temporary password to give me access to your account and attach the photo to an email to keith@networkinginsurrey.co.uk

    In case you feel like having one last shot, here are my standard instructions which can sometimes help:

    1. Go to your My Page profile and hover the mouse over the photo (silhouette)
    2. Click on Change Photo
    3. You get to the My Settings page
    4. Click Choose File next to the photo box
    5. You get the Open File window on your computer
    6. Navigate to the photo on your machine and click on it
    7. Click Open, and the file path appears in the photo box (next to the Choose File button)
    8. Then - and this is what I often forget to do - you go to the bottom of the page and click the blue Save button

    If that still doesn't work, please send me the pic and the password!
