    Hi Jeff

    Speedos notwithstanding, here's the process:

    1. Go to your My Page profile and hover the mouse over the photo (silhouette)
    2. Click on Change Photo
    3. You get to the My Settings page
    4. Click Choose File next to the photo box
    5. You get the Open File window on your computer
    6. Navigate to the photo on your machine and click on it
    7. Click Open, and the file path appears in the photo box (next to the Choose File button)
    8. Then - and this is what I often forget to do - you go to the bottom of the page and click the blue Save button

    If that little exercise doesn't work, then the best bet is to send the photo to me, and create a temporary password to let me log into your profile and load it up for you.
