I am an experienced Life & Child Coach who specialises in self confidence and self esteem. I'm passionate about helping people feel great from the inside out. I offer one-2-one coaching with both adults and children. My practise is in Weybridge and I'm happy to visit you in your home if that feels right for you.

So far I have helped children deal with bullying, speaking up in class, reading out loud in class, anger management, time management and organisational skills, feeling out of their depth in social situations. I have also helped children with autism and dispraxia

I run fun and creative workshops for children (Super Kids) which use crafts, games, music, role play, visualisation, relaxation and activity worksheets to help children learn life skills. Decision making, cultivating self belief, forming healthy relationships, developing good values and finding your passion are all life skills we learn from our families and friends. My job is to build on that and give kids their very own tool kit that makes growing up that little bit easier.

I am CRB checked and a member of the Association for Coaching.
