  as the eldest of five children Anila started her culinary skills at a
  very young age helping her grandmother grind spices. Anila arrived in
  London in 1977 where she continued to enjoy cooking an array of dishe
 s from all over the world. She began experimenting and adapting an age
  old recipe to create meals easily after work. Time was precious as a 
 full time working mother of 2 and preparing sauces in advance provided
  the perfect answer. In early 1992, with encouragement from friends, A
 nila began selling small batches to the community. The business was bo
 rn and 9 years on Anila is now supplying her award winning sauces to a
  range of outlets throughout the UK and overseas including the prestig
 ious food halls of Harrods, Wholefoods, and Selfridges.\nCOST:Tickets
