  are a woman in business, you are warmly invited to the Athena Network
  Virtual Launch of the brand new Woking and Alton groups on Thursday, 
 20th October 11.30 am - 2.00 pm. You will be able to meet and network 
 with fabulous, supportive, and welcoming women in business from in and
  around Woking and Alton.\nLaunching virtually on Thursday, 20th Octob
 er the Woking group will be meeting on the third Thursday of the month
  thereafter and the Alton group on the fourth Thursday from 12 pm-2 pm
  (except August and December).\nNot Just a Networking Group\nThe Athen
 a Network has three aims:\n\nto create strategic connections/ collabor
 ations\nto deliver and develop business skills through our business ta
 lks and workshops\nto inspire, motivate and support the women in our n
 etwork\nWe focus exclusively on women in business fulfilling a busines
 s development role.\n\nThe Athena Network offers inspiring opportuniti
 es to engage with business owners and decision-makers from diverse ind
 ustry sectors. Founded on values of respect and integrity, Athena grou
 ps are committed to welcoming members and visitors in a relaxed, mutua
 lly supportive, and ethical environment.\nIn brief: \n\nAthena is a w
 omen-only networking membership organisation\nAll our groups meet once
  a month every month (except August and December)\nOur members have th
 e opportunity to visit any other group in the network (where your prof
 ession is not occupied) for free using our PASS+ system\nThere is also
  Cappuccino Connections (informal networking) which is run monthly\nAt
 hena is all about relationship-building, training, and support\n\nAbou
 t Athena Meetings\nAthena meetings are structured, interactive, inform
 ative, and professional whilst being fun and relaxed, providing the pe
 rfect combination for strong business partnerships. We aim to create a
  vibrant, thriving, and dynamic community of women entrepreneurs and e
 xecutives who collaborate and connect with like-minded women.\nThe mee
 tings have a set structure that includes business card-passing, a one-
 minute elevator pitch, referrals, and two training sessions. The meeti
 ngs are formal, but always with a sense of fun and enjoyment. As a mem
 ber, you will also be invited to attend an additional two-hour trainin
 g session to help you get the most out of your Athena membership.\nIf 
 you decide to join Athena, you would lock out other ladies sharing the
  same profession from visiting and/or joining this group. This means y
 ou would be able to build relationships with everyone in the group. \
