 is. Why 'reinvent the wheel' when there is likely to be someone else w
 ho has experienced and solved your problem?\nOnly one member of each s
 ector or profession can join each Board. The intention is that Full me
 mbers attend most monthly Board meetings; Associate members can attend
  one meeting a quarter, and Ad hoc members can attend one meeting ever
 y half year. Confidentiality of conversations is maintained under the 
 Chatham House rule.\nBoard meetings are held over lunch - the bill is 
 equally split amongst Board members. For Full and Associate members th
 e only other cost is a monthly charge that is dependant on the size of
  the company. The cost for Ad hoc members is a fee of £25+VAT, plus a
