(ignore the small a ccess only slip road just before the Liphook exit) \nAfter leaving th e A3, turn left towards Liphook. At the centre of the village (outside the Anchor Hotel/Hungry Horse) there are three mini roundabouts. Take the first exit on all of these, heading towards Haslemere on the B213 1.\nLeave Liphook and pass under railway bridge. Road straightens afte r some twisty bends and goes up a hill. There is a small sign to Lynch mere at the brow of this hill. Take this right turn, and go about 400 yards across the common. Lynchmere Corner is the first house on the ri ght with a wooden gate. The first house inside the gate is the White C ottage.
