 mDialogues was set up as a ‘soft network’ to give participants a v
 oice and an opportunity to connect and collaborate with others about t
 heir passions and to provide support to match its community’s needs.
  Connecting powerful tools for self-organisation, passion, strength, c
 hoice and engagement to our Random Dialoguers.\r\nWe address subjects 
 like public speaking and confidence, and we run \"How I ...\" events f
 or members to share with others how they do things.\r\nWe provide a le
 arning platform and offer opportunities to explore possibilities, as w
 ell as providing coaching and mentoring by qualified coaches.\r\nFollo
 wing on from a very successful day last March, where 9 people spoke up
  for themselves, we decided that it is time to begin the fun with our 
 new monthly format:\r\n4 speakers talking for 10 minutes on a random s
 ubject of their choosing plus 1 speaker, chosen at random from the aud
 ience talking for 10 minutes.\r\nEach talk will enlighten us with some
 thing interesting and amusing or maybe plain informative.\r\nThis even
 t is all about reciprocal support and community and definitely sociali
 sing.\r\nYou may be asking:\r\n'But the thought of standing up and spe
 aking terrifies me, should I still come?'\r\n'If I come along, will I 
 have to speak?'\r\nThe answer to both is you don't have to stand up an
 d speak, come along and enjoy a range of random talks from our communi
 ty. If you feel you would like to stand up and speak about a random su
 bject then let us know when the time is right for you.\r\nWe can eithe
 r provide a Q&A platform for you to speak which for some is more comfo
 rtable, or we will provide free speaker training. We are also looking 
 at recording talks to share on our YouTube channel and Podcasts. Come 
 share something Random.\r\nWhat if you don't know what that is?\r\nCom

 a natural by product of regularly attending and meeting our group.\r\n
