 ts and helps protect small business, SMEs and supply chain businesses 
 and third sector organisations in the region against cyber crime.\r\nT
 he National Cybercrime Programme created the South East Cyber Resilien
 ce Centre which is a not for profit, police, private, and academic par
 tnership to tackle fraud and cyber crime providing a solution to help
