  Launch of the brand new Woking group on Thursday, 21st October 11
 .30 am - 2.00 pm. You will be able to meet and network with fabulous,
  supportive, and welcoming women in business from in and around Woking
 . Joining us at the launch will be two guest speakers:\r\nJane Barrett
 , Nutritionist at Nurturing Nutrition\r\nJane will be speaking on: 7
  top tips to help women running their own businesses feel their best a
 nd look to after themselves with food. Simple, fad-free tips to suppor
 t energy, mood, digestion, and hormones.\r\nSarah Phillips, Octima Ma
 rketing\r\nSarah will be speaking on: Sharing her five step process t
 hat she believes every business should undertake before starting any m
 arketing activity, and to ensure you're communicating the right messag
 e, to the right audience in the right place and at the right time.\r\n
 The group will be meeting on the third Thursday of the month from 12pm
 -2pm (except August and December).\r\nAt Athena, our aims are support
 , strategic alliances, and training. We focus exclusively on women in 
 business fulfilling a business development role.\r\nThe Athena Network
  offers inspiring opportunities to engage with business owners and de
 cision-makers from diverse industry sectors. Founded on values of resp
 ect and integrity, Athena groups are committed to welcoming members 
 and visitors in a relaxed, mutually supportive, and ethical environmen
 t.\r\nIn brief:\r\n\r\nAthena is a women-only networking membership or
 ganisation\r\nAll our groups meet once a month every month (except Aug

 tworking)\r\nAthena is all about relationship-building, training, and 
 support\r\n\r\nThe meetings have a set structure that includes busines
 s card-passing, a one-minute elevator pitch, referrals, and two traini
 ng sessions. The meetings are formal, but always with a sense of fun a
 nd enjoyment. As a member, you will also be invited to attend an addit
 ional two-hour training session to help you get the most out of your A
