 te the Fairmile between Esher and Cobham on the A307 Portsmouth Road 
 - not as Eventbrite insists on placing it, in the middle of the dual c
 arriageway of the A3. Chef & Brewer who own the Farmile have it as KT1
 1 1BQ, and the Post Office postcode finder doesn't recognise The Fairm
 ile Arms as existing at all - spooky! What your satnav will make of it
