 is a thriving lunchtime networking group developed by Keith Grover, cr
 eator of Networking in Surrey, to multiply the power of individuals 
 networking within a team framework and exploiting the space between me
 etings. Our meetings are always overbooked, with a waiting list.\n\nMy
 Team Premier is a paid Membership option that takes the concept to th
 e next level. As business owners, we work together as non-Executive di
 rectors of each other's businesses, sharing our connections, expertise
  and experience to our mutual benefit.\nWe meet over coffee and lunch 
 once each month, in a Boardroom format.\nThe first half of the meeti
 ng is open to Visitors looking to sample MyTeam Premier in action, fre
 e of charge (just pay for your tea or coffee). As our format allows fo
 r just 12 attendees in total, we can only welcome a very limited numbe
 r of pre-booked guests, on a strictly first-come, first served basis.Â
  \nThe 90-minute open session is a 'hot-seat' , of the kind often prac
 tised in networking boardrooms or mastermind groups. \nDuring the ses
 sion, we will be brainstorming solutions to business challenges. Atten
 dees optionally raise a specific issue or challenge about any aspect o
 f their business, and the meeting votes for two topics as 'hot-seater'
 . We will come up with thoughts and ideas to give new perspectives on 
 the issues in hand and offer helpful solutions.\n\"We really enjoyed y
 our Boardroom session, there were many ideas that came up from the mee
 ting, that we hadn't thought about and that we can implement immediate
 ly! The wealth of knowledge and expertise was amazing and extremely wo
