 ost of us have visited one of the local Red Mist Pubs (The Wheatsheaf,
  The Stag, The Duke of Cambridge, The Royal Exchange... and more). As 
 well as being stunningly decorated, with delicious local food and beve
 rages (including Silent Pool Gin), you can be sure to be greeted by we
 ll trained, polite and helpful staff. All guaranteeing a 5 Star pub ex
 perience. \nSo what could be more perfect as we go into the festive m
 onth than an uplifting, entertaining and inspiring success story from 
 a local business...? I had a quick chat with Mark to get a teaser of w

 bout?\n\"My experiences starting / running a pub business, born out of
  the global recession in 2008. Without the credit crunch, we would not
  exist in the format that we are today. Our journey over the last 13 y
 ears, the up’s, down’s and most importantly the lessons we have le
 arned along the way. A look at how the pub industry has changed in my 
 lifetime and how the future, in my opinion, is very rosy for our secto
 r despite all you hear in the press.\"\nSounds great! Good to hear tha
