 ch the action. It really is a great day out, so you will be having fun
  whilst raising money for us.\nThe minimum age for entry is 12 so even
  the children can get involved. You don’t even need to be experience
 d as the race is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you are an i
 ndividual who would love to take part or you have team of friends or w
