 you feel may benefit.\nThe meetings are relaxed and informal,  but w
 e do follow a basic format and ….. you’ll be provided with an exc
 ellent Full English cooked breakfast or Continental if preferred.\nEve
 ryone will have an opportunity to talk about themselves (in 60 second
 s or less) – ideally, we’d like to know….\n1. Who you are 2. Wha
 t your business does 3. What makes your business special or different 
 4. Particular customers you are looking for right now (referrals) 5. D
 on’t forget to repeat your name and business name again at the    
 end and add a strap line if you really want to create an impression!\n
 After we've heard from everyone, we will have a 10 minute presentation
  from one of our members and we then wrap up the meeting by going arou
 nd the room once more, hearing from people who have done business with
  someone else at the meeting or who would like to meet up with someone
  in the meeting.\nSome of the most valuable networking takes place bef
 ore the meeting starts (and afterwards) so try to arrive for 8.00 AM i
 f time allows, don’t rush off too quickly at the end!\nSee you there
