 on technology to opinion research.  Michael will be speaking about how
  social media impacts the way organisations engage in conversations wi
 th their current and prospective employees and how this is posing some
  difficult challenges. Drawing on The Social Media Garden open-access 
 research study, which was carried out in partnership with Unilever, Mi
 chael will explore the adoption of social media practices in the workp
 lace and how this is turning communications on its head for organisati
 ons.  February's DigitalSurrey is being supported by Surrey County Cou
 ncil's Superfast Broadband team, who will be hosting the event at Coun

 end their fibre based Next Generation Access network into those parts 
 of Surrey not covered by BT's commercial plans or other infrastructure
  providers. The aim of the programme is for all Surrey homes and busin
 esses to be able to access superfast broadband speeds and make use of
