  a professionally structured environment that is relaxed and free of u
 ndue pressure.\nOur meetings are structured to facilitate collaboratio
 n and synergies between the local businesses\nThe meeting doors open a
 t 6.30am with the aim to start the meeting at 7.00am. There are plenty
  of hot and cold beverages on arrival to make the start of the day mor
 e enjoyable  \nWe aim to finish the actual meeting by 8.30am, but we 
 do encourage our guests and members to diarise their time until 9.00am
 , to allow you to connect with other attendees or indeed arrange a 1-2
 -1, to begin building those all important business relationships. \n\
 nDuring the meeting you will have the opportunity to present / showcas
 e your business to your prospective sales team for 60 seconds. As a me
 mber you have the added benefit to showcase your business for 10 minut
 es, which is scheduled by the speaker co-ordinator of the group.\n\nCo
