 uccino Connections is an informal, drop in session for Athena members 
 and visitors providing them with an opportunity to network with member
 s from surrounding Athena groups and the flexibility of a ‘drop-inâ€
 ™ useful to catch up with one another. We warmly welcome Visitors who 
 would like to experience networking the Athena way ! \r\nTypically we 
 attract around 20 to 25 local business women who arrive for business c
 onversation, for however long it suits them to network and at a time t
 hat is convenient to them.\r\n\r\nIt’s the opportunity to make conta
 ct with local business ladies and to spend time building those all imp
 ortant business relationships.\r\nIt may seem like a long time between
  Athena meetings and we don’t always get the opportunity for as many
  1-2-1 meetings with each other that we would like. Come and have seve
 ral 1-2-1 meetings under one roof!\r\nFor those ladies who haven’t v
 isited an Athena group, Cappuccino Connections is a great ice breaker 
 for many new to Athena and/or to networking. Meeting Athena members at
  these drop in mornings can really help to melt the ice so you feel co
 mfortable about attending one of our Athena Network lunchtime meetings
 .\r\nWe occasionally include an 'Ask The Expert' session during the me
 eting, providing an opportunity to ask our members burning questions a
 bout a topical issue or challenge in an area of their expertise. These
  tend to take place at around 10:45am for about 20 minutes. They do no
 t include a formal presentation.\r\nThere is no structure to Cappuccin
 o Connections meetings and you are welcome to drop in at anytime durin
 g the morning. No need to book … spread the word, we would love to m
 eet you.\r\nCappuccino Connections takes place on the 1st Friday of ea
 ch month, excluding August and December\r\nCOST: There is a meeting fe
 e of £5 for visitors (free to Members) and everybody also pays £3 f
