Could I please ask you to go to your My Page profile and ad your surname?
I've also used a photo editor to 'warm up' your photo which appears a bit overexposed. I'll email you the result of my efforts. If you hover the mouse over the photo on your My Page you'll see the Change Photo option and be able to upload the modified version (if you wish!) You need to Save the updated profile at the bottom of the page.
